- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Original Packaging: Please return in original packaging when possible
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards, the following items from our collection cannot be returned:
- Underwear & Nightwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Swimwear (if hygiene seals have been removed)
- Face + Body products (skincare and personal care items)

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for US customers)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely and include:
- Completed return form (included in your original shipment)
- Original receipt or order confirmation
Note: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)

- Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
For size exchanges on eligible items:
